Superfood RAWnola

Wildflower Foods Company started with our original recipe: a raw granola we like to call Superfood RAWnola! As the name suggests, our RAWnola is made with raw, nutrient-rich superfoods like chia seeds, hemp seeds, cocoa nibs, and pepitas to energize your body and mind.

THE BENEFITS OF EATING RAW

Applying heat while cooking depletes vitamins, damages fats and proteins, and denatures enzymes that aid in digestion. Creating food with raw, organic, high-quality ingredients means you’re feeding your body food that will satisfy your body’s nutritional needs. This means you’ll be fuller faster and longer, leaving you energized! Eating raw has been shown to:

NUTRITIONAL BENEFITS OF OUR SUPERFOOD RAWNOLA

Our Superfood RAWnola is packed full of organic superfood ingredients to energize your body and mind!

Some of our superfood ingredients include:

Gluten Free Rolled Oats: Our Superfood RAWnola (and our energy bites too!) are made with Organic Gluten Free Rolled Oats. Oats are a whole grain that are a great source of fiber, and they contain more protein and fat than most other grains which will keep you fuller for longer. They’re loaded with vitamins, minerals and antioxidant plant power! Oats contain manganese, phospohorus, magnesium, copper, iron, zinc, folate, thiamin, and pantothenic acid, coming in as one of the most nutrient-dense foods you can eat. Oats are also one of the sole sources of avenanthramides, an antioxidant which increases the production of nitric oxide in the body, dilating the blood vessels and leading to better blood flow and decreased inflammation. We leave our oats raw to maintain maximum nutrient content of this powerful superfood.

Hemp Seeds: Hemp seeds are rich in healthy fats and essential fatty acids including Omega-3 and Omega-6 fatty acids. They are an excellent source of plant protein and contain high amounts of vitamin E, phosphorus, potassium, sodium, magnesium, sulfur, calcium, iron and zinc.

Chia Seeds: Chia seeds are among the most nutritious foods on the planet. Loaded with fiber, protein, Omega-3 fatty acids, antioxidants and various micronutrients, chia seeds are tiny but mighty!

Pepitas: Pepitas, also known as pumpkin seeds, are rich in antioxidants, iron, zinc, and magnesium, to name a few off it’s long list of nutritional content.

Cacao Nibs: Cacao Nibs are the seeds of the fruit of the cacao tree. They contain a variety of phytonutrients including high amounts of magnesium and sulfur, which help to improve focus, alertness, and a positive mood. Cacao nibs have more antioxidants than tea, wine, and blueberries, plus flavanoids as an added bonus! One powerful flavanoid found in cacao nibs is epicatechin – a powerful antioxidant that helps decrease Myostatin (the greatest single limiting factor of muscle growth).
